Background of Our Firm
We were established on the 10 August 1976 with the name of K. K. Yong & Co. The Firm changed its name to Yong & Leonard on 6 January 2005.
The current Managing Partner of the firm is Mr. Leonard Leong Pooi Wah. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. The Firm together with its affiliated companies; YL Tax Consulting Sdn. Bhd. and Proact Corporate Consulting Sdn. Bhd.; aim to provide seamless one-stop corporate services.
We serve a wide range of businesses and we have a proven track record in successfully helping our clients in Initial Public Offering and eventually listed on the Main Board, Second Board and Mesdaq of Bursa Malaysia in the past.
