We are a local small-to-medium sized chartered accountants firm which established since 10 August 1976 with international affiliations in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and United Kingdom.
We always care and value our clients and have implemented Total Clients Services (TCS) in order to become client focused; and the following are the standards the firm has set to achieve TCS:
Must not allow any phone rings for more than 5 times.
Maximum lead time for replying to external parties:

- will reply by next working day; unless caller claimed that it is urgent then we will contact the out of office person in charge in order to get back to caller immediately
